• Eligibility for Returns: We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Photo(s) of the damaged or defective product

Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process. Please ensure the product is in its original condition with all packaging intact.

2. Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products. We will not issue refunds for any products that are returned due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer.

• Refund Process: Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, no direct refund will be processed. If a product is found defective and is returned, we will either:
